I coach mission-driven leaders because I’ve been there.

I’ve been where you are now. I was a passionate nonprofit leader who wholeheartedly committed to advancing my organization's mission, often at the expense of my own well-being…physical, mental, and emotional.

I desperately wanted it to be just a little bit easier.

I thought I had strong relationships with my team but cowered at uncomfortable conversations and holding them accountable in a way that felt kind and empowering. Management felt draining.

I had fundraising skills but no practice with speaking truth to power with donors. Holding powerful people accountable to values-aligned behavior was totally out of my comfort zone.

I struggled with what to prioritize, leaving me directionless. The self-doubt was chipping away at my confidence.

Until I got a leadership coach.

By partnering with someone who had an intimate understanding of my challenges and was fiercely committed to my goals, I regained my spark and passion.
